HRH Queen Elizabeth will pay a state visit to the Republic of Ireland next week. Is there a reason this is hapenning at this particular time?

I believe it is tied to a list of of possible reasons. The economic bail out , a Northern Ireland solution that is becoming stable, or maybe to get there before Obama. Remember her job is a non political embassadress for Britian
